George, owner and operator of this unique award winning cafe has been surrounded by the industry all his life. With international experience working at many world-renowned resorts, he is an extremely talented and passionate barista.
George leads the team, with a friendly, extremely creative and talented mix of floor and kitchen staff. They invite you to share their passion for unique food, delicious coffee and impeccable service.
